What do I need to get a card?
Sign up, complete an identity check and top up your balance. It’s all online and takes a few minutes.
Where does the card work?
In most countries — anywhere international cards are accepted, online and in stores. There’s a short list of exceptions: Afghanistan, Belarus, Cuba, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Iran, Iraq, Myanmar, North Korea, Russia, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Ukraine and Vanuatu.
What are the card limits?
Up to $50,000 per transaction and up to $200,000 per day.
What exchange rate is used?
Your balance is held in US dollars. When you pay in another currency, a 1–3% conversion fee applies. There’s no separate transaction fee.
The card is virtual — how do I pay in a store abroad?
Add the card to your phone’s wallet and pay with a tap, just like a regular card.
Can I withdraw my balance to someone else?
Yes. Withdrawals to your own account are free. Transfers to another person carry a 1% fee.
Is it safe?
